Im Schlaf bzw. kurz zuvor und kurz nach dem Aufwachen wird dieser Zustand erreicht. Auch durch Meditation oder einfache, bewusste Entspannung kann dieser Zustand leicht erreicht werden.

Water Consumption and Weight Loss

So many people do not realize that water and weight loss go hand in hand if you want to lose 10 pounds fast. We need water to survive and it is vital to our health. Drink tap water, drink spring water, filtered water, whatever you prefer; just make sure to get those eight glasses.
